Description

One day Cinders showed up on the grounds of the Steam Railroading Institute. Years later, Cinders still hasn't left. Cinders has now taken on the role of mascot and tour guide. He's very friendly, likes his picture taken and can usually be found in the back of the yard near the turn table.
